We were approached by Shell to find new ways to improve customer loyalty with the brand and find innovative ways to incoporate new technologies to keep the brand in tandem with latest trends.
I sat as the Lead Designer during a three-month sprint, developing a refresh to their loyalty app, introducing a Metaverse space where customers could find exclusive items and access Shell based games, a racing game that introduced gamification to their loyalty app and a Web-3 platform customers could win and access exclusive Shell based prizes.
This opened up a variety of new ways for Shell to engage with their customer base and in turn, helped increase their customer base as well as opening the brand up to new markets.
