John Lewis Brand Refresh
John Lewis is a heritage retailer in the UK and they decided to do a brand refresh in order to bring in a new age of customers and to help pivot their brand to become more ‘Joyfully Bold’ during the Covid crisis.
I worked as a Lead Designer with multiple UX Designers from different departments in order to enhance the user experience when accessing their app or website.
We started with a four month phase to work on the mobile app and then a further nine months to enhance the website.
